What shipping options does Lush Access Co offers?

We’re all about getting your  personalized pieces and non personal pieces to you fast and smooth. Choose the option that fits your vibe:

  • Standard Shipping 3-5 business days 

  •  Express  Shipping 2 buisness days

How long does the personalize jewelry takes to be made?

The good stuff takes time, and every custom piece is crafted to perfections. Here's the breakdown

Personalized Items: Custom pieces takes 2-4 weeks of production time ( because perfection isn't rushed)  

Express shipping speeds up delivery AFTER production, not the queue

Non Personalized Items: These pieces are ready to roll and ship within 1 business day.

Mixed Orders (Personalized Items + Non Personalized Items): Your entire order ships together when your custom pieces are done. Need your non personalized pieces sooner?  Email us at support@lushaccessco.com.

Pro Tip: Quality is worth the wait. Production times might be shorter or  longer during Holidays , but trust us we will be fully transparent with any interruptions or delays.

How do I track my package?

Once your jewelry is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number sent to your email. Click it, track it, and count the days ‘til your Access arrives.

Why isn't my tracking info coming up?

Tracking usually updates 24-48 hours after we ship your order. If it’s been longer, shoot us an email at support@lushaccessco.com, and we’ll sort it out.

Mistake on your shipping address?

Double-check before you check out. If something’s off, email us ASAP at support@lushaccessco.com. We’ll do our best to fix it, but if it’s already on its way, we might not be able to change it.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, production and shipping timelines may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays.

Lush Access Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

We appreciate your patience during peak seasons — delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
